Neural style transfer is a part of ML area when a target image’s style can be applied as a filter to any input image. There are many examples with static image transfer in the internet but few with streaming conversion in real-time as the overall performance impact on the application is computation heavy it’s hard to make a working prototype on-device. Here I used quite a few optimization techniques to make it possible. Apart from using the best performing programming languages and different accelerated compute units the entire neural network structure and configuration were optimized to make it easier to run on end user hardware.
